Matthew Crosby, D.O.
Dr. Matthew Crosby is a board-certified dermatologist and board-certified in Mohs skin cancer surgery. He is skilled in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of general dermatology conditions and skin cancer, as well as surgical dermatology. Dr. Crosby's formal educational training includes: ​

Dr. Crosby served 3 years as a flight surgeon for the United States Air Force. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 children, running marathons, cycling, wood working, and gardening.

Jason Christian, PA-C
Jason Christian is a fully-trained and NCCPA certified Physician Assistant with an added certificate of qualification in Dermatology.
He graduated from the Duke University Physician Assistant program in fall 2009 after completing a Bachelor degree in Biology at Southern Utah University in 2006. He treats all forms of skin disease from acne to skin surgery, including Mohs repairs. He is trained in administering injections at the spa including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, as well as sclerotherapy. He very much enjoys interacting with patients on a daily basis.
Jason spends his free time with his wife and six children. He enjoys cycling, running, woodworking and hunting.

Kayla Pendleton, PA-C
Kayla Pendleton is a NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant. She graduated from Southern Utah University with a bachelors of science in 2021 and then completed Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions Physician Assistant program in 2025.
She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Medical Science with an emphasis in Advanced Clinical Practice and expects to have that completed in the Spring of 2026.
